📗 Instructor Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Verification
Instructors must complete the ‘Become a Partner Instructor’ form. We will then request:

  • Proof of ADI status
  • Clean DBS certificate
  • Public reviews from trusted platforms
These must be supplied upon request for verification.

2. Payment Options
Instructors can choose:

  • A per-lesson fee (3%–5%) deducted from student payments
  • A one-time finder's fee (quoted case-by-case based on hourly rate and volume)

3. Scheduling
Instructors manage their own schedules but may optionally provide availability for Fast Pass to allocate hours directly.

4. Professional Standards
Instructors must:

  • Arrive on time and maintain a clean, dual-controlled vehicle
  • Use our confidence tracker to log student progress
  • Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism at all times

5. Conduct, Complaints & Resolution
All student complaints will be taken seriously. Instructors are encouraged to pre-warn us of any issues. Fast Pass will mediate disputes and has the discretion to:

  • Cancel booked lessons
  • Remove instructors for serious breaches
  • Request refunds of outstanding lesson balances

6. Business Ethics
Instructors may not:

  • Solicit Fast Pass clients privately without consent
  • Engage in inappropriate or unprofessional conduct of any kind
Breaching this may result in being reported to Trading Standards UK and relevant authorities, and incur legal action or financial penalties.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • No-shows without notice result in immediate student contract loss and refund responsibility
  • Lessons must be cancelled 48 hours in advance – no fee to the learner
  • Three cancellations will prompt review of your partnership status

8. Declining Students
Instructors may decline students before booking. After confirmation, cancellation requires a full refund (including our fee).

9. Legal & Insurance Requirements
You must:

  • Hold a valid ADI licence and clean DBS
  • Have hire & reward insurance and public liability cover

10. Communication
We prefer WhatsApp for learner communication. Email or phone is also acceptable where WhatsApp is unavailable.
