📘 Learner Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview
Fast Pass Learner Link is a service dedicated to connecting driving learners with trusted, suitable instructors based on their individual needs, location, and availability. We take all learner feedback seriously and act on it with care, whether it's a glowing review or a concern that needs resolving.

2. Lesson Bookings & Payments
Lesson payment structure may vary on a case-by-case basis:

  • If the instructor chooses to pay a finder's fee to Fast Pass Learner Link, the learner will pay the instructor directly on terms agreed between the two parties (e.g., weekly, per lesson, or in one lump sum).
  • If the instructor opts for a per-lesson fee paid to Fast Pass Learner Link, the learner will pay us directly. In this case, payment will be collected in full once the trial phase ends and regular lessons are scheduled.
Payment is never requested until a learner is matched and ready to proceed with booking a trial or full lesson schedule.

3. Trial Lessons
Each learner is entitled to up to three trial lessons with different instructors. Only one trial session is allowed per instructor. Once a trial is declined, the learner will not be re-matched with that instructor. Trial lessons are charged at the instructor's standard hourly rate.

4. Instructor Matching
While we cannot guarantee instructor availability within a fixed timeframe, we strive to offer a match within 5 working days. We maintain active communication throughout the process and work hard to find the right fit. All instructors are asked to provide documentation to verify their qualifications and ensure safety.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee, determined by Fast Pass and the instructor.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Fast Pass Learner Link and the partner instructor.

6. Learner Conduct
We expect respectful and responsible conduct from all learners:

  • Two no-shows may result in the cancellation of services and a review of any pre-paid lesson refunds.
  • Any abusive, dangerous, or reckless behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Support & Complaints

8. Liability
Fast Pass Learner Link acts as an introductory and support platform. We are not legally responsible for the actions or behaviour of individual instructors. However, we will act swiftly on any reports of misconduct or concerns raised by learners.
